About Us

Shweta Arora, CPA is a tax accounting firm serving clients here at home in Austin, TX and across the United States. We are dedicated to providing our clients with professional, personalized services and guidance in a wide range of tax and business needs.

 

Shweta is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

She received her B.S. in accounting in 2001, as well as her MBA in 2003 from the University of Delhi (India). While working on her MBA, Shweta spent over two years as a financial analyst at ING before moving to the United States. She spent the next several years working for a capital management firm and subsequently a CPA firm on a variety of different accounting, tax and high net worth business management clients.

 

In the business world, Shweta has accounting and tax experience that spans many industries but with considerable concentration with entertainment, jewelry designers and dealers, and car dealerships. She has an extensive background corporate financing and credit and risk assessment. Shweta is proficient in preparing compilations and tax returns for nonprofit organizations, C-corporations, S-corporations, LLCs and partnerships.

 

Shweta is particularly strong in tax issues relating to individual, estate and trust taxation and has particular expertise with small business owners, sports figures and entertainers, and their current and future tax concerns. Shweta and her husband Deepesh make their home in Austin, TX with their son, Krish and daughter Aisha.
